Blackcurrants are lesser-known berries in the States, often only found in jams and teas, but their extensive health benefits alone should make us want to incorporate them more often into our diets. Not only are blackcurrants packed with antioxidants and essential vitamins such as A, B, C and E, but they also have antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.
